华人管理咨询师协会 Chinese Consultants Consortium (CCC) 于2021年8月正式成立，并申请注册了501(c)3 的非盈利性组织 (Non-Profit Organization)，协会的前身是COPi（Consultant Onboarding Preparation initiatives），是在2020年新冠疫情爆发期间，由当时正在准备入职的MBB咨询师在线上自发组建而成。
协会成员由还未入职的MBB Offerees、目前在职的MBB咨询师、和已经离职的Ex-MBB 三部分组成，目前主要由还未入职的MBB Offerees负责日常运营。协会的使命包括：
- 帮助在职和离职的MBB咨询师扩展职场人脉；
- 帮助还未入职MBB的朋友做好技能培训和入职准备；
- 帮助所有的MBBers建立联系并提供社区支持。
我们希望为华人管理咨询师群体建立一个开放互助的职场社区，为大家提供沟通和交流的平台，并助力大家的职业发展！
Chinese Consultants Consortium (CCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our members consist of incoming MBB offerees, current MBB consultants, and previous MBB consultants that have exited for new adventures. Each year, the incoming MBB offerees take on the torch to manage the daily operation and maintenance of this organization. We aim to foster an open and collaborative environment for the Chinese consultant community and to provide a platform to facilitate professional connectivity and career development of our members.
